Ed Knodle, the former executive director of the North American Retail Dealers Association, died March 5 at age 62. Cause of death was not provided. Knodle was a longtime retail executive who left the Chicago-based association in 1996 to become chief administrative and financial officer at MARTA Cooperative of America.
